I always listen to men saying there are few options in terms of fashion for their public, in comparison to women’s. But I disagree. I believe the prejudice men feel about fashion is bigger than the variety of products for them.

Shoes are a great example of that: how many man – heterosexual, mainly – you know that use to wear some more stylish shoes? Few of them, I believe. It seems that if a man dares to use something fashion, he becomes accused of strange or other pejorative things. Well, let’s talk about what interests: tall sneakers (or high pipe sneakers) for men!

Is is not new those kind of sneakers are trendy, started some months ago – but it seems it became more usual more recently here in Brazil. Comfortable, warm and super stylish, it is an ideally kind of sneaker for cold weather.

BALANCING PROPORTIONS

You can use it both with shorts or pants. In terms of styling, pay attention to the colors and the heights. The more tight is your sneaker’s pipe, and the closer it is to hemlines (of shorts or pants), the bigger seems to be your shin/leg. Which means this styling trick is favorable to skinny legs. 

In order to make your legs look skinnier, try darker colors and larger sneaker’s pipes.
