Dressing yourself in a female and easy way seems to be a very hard task – until the “dress+sneakers” trend became famous in the street styles. Two pieces that look so antagonistic between each other, but can creat a huge harmony in your outfit. It is my current favorite combination nowadays!
Besides it is a simple combination, people use to have doubts on how to dress like that. So I’ve got some street styles that I’ve found pretty and practical for you to get inspired. Take a look!
The most common dress used in this trend is the skinny one, that evidences the curves. It has a sex appeal and when matched with sneakers, results in a really interesting and different outfit. Love it!
The larger dresses also can be matched with sneakers in this new trend. It is good for those large hips biotypes or large legs. The romantic mood in the modelling of those dresses gets balanced by the sporty feeling incorporated by the shoes.
Besides the usual versions of dresses we see in street styles, matched with sneakers, there are the “t-shirt dresses” or the chemises, another great options for this trend. You can also add a third piece in your outfit – a blazer or a jacket – or even a shirt tied around the waist to improve the sporty mood. And if you don’t like short lengths, you can use the long dress with slits, another trendy model. Give a try!
Important tip: remember that fashion sneakers are not the same as the sneakers you use to work out or to go to the gym. Its sole is specially indicated for running, walking or any kind of impact exercise. The fashion sneaker has a thin a smooth sole, completely different.
Did you like the tips? I will see you in the next post!
